TDPA DISCLOSURE TEXT

This disclosure text has been prepared by ADIGÜN ÇEVİRİ VE DANIŞMANLIK HİZ. TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“TDPA”), in order to inform data subjects regarding the processing of personal data.

Processed Personal Data

Personal data such as name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address, and the content of messages sent may be processed through communication channels such as the website, telephone, e-mail, WhatsApp, and Telegram.

No file upload or document storage service is provided through the website. Identity cards, passports, diplomas, or similar document contents belonging to customers are not permanently stored in our systems.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed only for the following purposes:

– providing quotations for translation services,
– ensuring communication regarding the service process,
– responding to requests and inquiries,
– providing information regarding the services carried out.

Personal data is not used for advertising, marketing, campaign, or commercial communication purposes.

Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data is not shared with third parties except for the purposes stated above. However, if the translation service is actually provided, your personal data may be shared, only to the extent required by the service and in accordance with the applicable legislation, with notaries, sworn translators, or courier companies.

Retention Period of Personal Data

Personal data is not retained and is deleted after the completion of the service process and the conclusion of the relevant request, unless a mandatory retention period is prescribed under the applicable legislation.

The company does not maintain a permanent customer database or CRM system for customer data.

Data Related to Translator Applications

Personal data submitted within the scope of translator applications, including contact information, CV, education details, and language skills, is processed solely for the purpose of evaluating the application. If the application is rejected, the relevant data is deleted within a reasonable period of time.

Rights of the Personal Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the TDPA, personal data subjects have the right to:

– learn whether their personal data has been processed,
– request information if their personal data has been processed,
– learn whether their personal data has been used in accordance with its purpose,
– request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,
– request the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation,
– request that these actions be notified to third parties.
